I. Return Policy

We guarantee the goods each customer receives are up to standard on the market.

We always check the quality directly and meticulously, then take photos and videos to send to customers before shipping to confirm the quantity and quality same you ordered.

If a customer receives a defective item, we agree to provide a refund if and only if: The item is defective from the manufacturer

  • The customer and the sales representative discuss it fairly and listen.
  • The customer has followed the instructions from the sales representative
  • Within 5 days since the customer received the product
  • The product is in its original condition, unused **

Note: The customer must pay a minimum of 50 % shipping and other costs incurred (taxes, customs fees, …)

 

II. Deposit Policy

We only accept pre-orders (pay in advance for deposit) 

For large orders, we have a deposit policy to provide financial support to customers. 

  • Customers can pay at least 50% of order value in advance to confirm then we start fulfilling the orders.
  • The rest will be paid at the latest when the order is ready for shipping.

However, if you wish to cancel your order or part of an order after it has been manufactured, your deposit will not be refunded.

 

III. AGREEMENT ON DECLARATION AND SHIPPING

Tariff and import regulations vary from country to country. With express shipping by air (UPS, DHL, or FedEx), customers may incur a high import tax and fee, which can be up to 30% of the value of the goods.

Therefore, in order to help customers, minimize the risk of paying taxes and fees and ease import procedures, we will:

  • Declare the lowest possible value of goods
  • Declare the product name as “Synthetics Fyber”

In case of lost packages or partial theft of goods, customers only receive a maximum compensation of 110% from the shipping company. But rest assured because this risk rarely happens.

If the customer does not want to bear the risk of loss of goods and accepts to pay import tax in full, please notify the sales representative, and we will declare the exact actual value of the parcel with the shipping company.
